We are hosting a series of leadership development breakfast workshops to provide further information about our leadership development methodology and work through a sample module from our leadership development program.

Leadership Development Breakfast Workshop
Why Attend?
Attendees will gain insights into our leadership development approach, experience a sample of the material from one of our Leadership Turbocharge modules on “Developing High Performing Teams” and leave with the following learning outcomes:
- a clear understanding of the concept of high performance
- how to measure your leadership team’s performance
- how to motivate high performance in your leadership team
- participants will walk out the door with a clear action plan for developing talent and lifting team performance…. one that is actionable immediately
Attendees will also receive a workshop canvas and high performance survey diagnostic. All of this will be provided during a 90-minute interactive workshop.
